PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR BOOKING;
Dog boarding.
1. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
2. YOUR DOG MUST BE UP TO DATE WITH THEIR VACCINATIONS AND WE MUST SEE THE VACCINATION CARD BEFORE WE TAKE YOUR DOG INTO OUR HOME. WE WOULD ALSO APPRECIATE YOUR DOG BEING DE-FLEAD IF NECESSARY AND ARRIVING CLEAN.
3. IF YOUR DOG BITES ANYONE OR ATTACKS ANOTHER DOG YOU WILL HAVE TO EITHER COLLECT YOUR DOG STRAIGHT AWAY OR ARRANGE FOR HIM TO BE TAKEN TO KENNELS. IF YOU DON'T WE WILL BOOK THE DOG IN AT A KENNELS AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED.
4.IF YOUR DOG BECOMES UNWELL WHILST IN OUR CARE WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO TAKE HIM TO YOUR OWN VET, IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE WE WILL TAKE HIM TO OUR VETS, YOU AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET'S BILLS WHICH MAY REASONABLY OCCUR. WE SUGGEST YOUR DOG IS INSUREDPRIOR TO ARRIVING, WE WILL ASK YOU TO SIGN A FORM AT BOOKING WHICH GIVES US AUTHORISATION TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE VETS IF REQUIRED AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BILLS THAT OCCUR EITHER DIRECTLY WITH THE VET OR IF WE HAVE HAD TO PAY THE BILL YOU WILL REIMBURSE US IN FULL
5. YOU AGREE TO GIVE US FULL AND DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DOG PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE FOR BOARDING OR DAY CARE.
Small animal boarding
* All animals boarding must, to the best of your knowledge, be in good health and all medical conditions fully explained to us prior to boarding We reserve the right to refuse to accept any pet that we consider shows any signs of illness or injury.
1. For rabbits, we require a copy of your vaccination certificate for VHD and Myxomatosis.
2. All pets should arrive and depart in a suitable carrier, smaller pets e.g. gerbils, mice, birds etc will arrive in their own escape proof housing.
3. Should your pet become ill and require medical treatment whilst boarding with us, we will endeavour to keep you fully informed via your emergency contact details and arrange treatment with our regular veterinary practice. you will be required to pay for all veterinary fees on collection of your pet.
4. Whilst we will take every precaution to fully care for and protect your pet we cannot be held responsible and will accept no liability for any illness, injury or the unlikely event of death during their stay.
5. Should your pet be unclaimed at the end of the agreed boarding period, whilst we will make every endeavour to contact you, we reserve the right to actively seek to rehome your pet.
6. Please be aware that no licensing laws or regulations currently exist in respect of boarding small animals and as such all animals are left entirely at their owner’s risk.
