HOME BOARDING

£30 per night.

£50 for 2 dogs from same household

£2 extra per day if food provided by us

One to One

£50 per night per dog

DAY CARE

Daily rate; £25 per day per dog

Weekly rate Monday - Friday £100

Payment can be cash or bank transfer and you will be invoiced with full details of payment methods

If you decide to collect your dog early from his holiday the full amount of the stay will be charged.

  

If you book a grooming treatment for your dog while they are boarding with us you are entitled to a 25% discount on the cost of the groom.

This only applies for treatments taken during the board.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Terms and conditions.

  • If you give permission for your dog to be exercised off the lead then NFDB requires that you accept full liability for any loss or damage caused as a result of your dog being off the lead. In the event that your dog attacks a person or a dog or in the event that he/she is involved in a fight with another dog/person causing any damage or injury you agree to be responsible for any losses incurred including any payment of veterinary fees or any medical treatment required.

  •    The  Client will take responsibility for any costs which may be incurred, by either veterinary or other, as a result of any damage, accident, or sickness caused to or by their dog and will pay any such costs or expenses on demand. 

  •     Nothing in the Contract shall limit or exclude New Forest Dog Boarding liability for:
    a.    death or personal injury to a human being caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors;
    b.    fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
    c.    breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession) or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

  •  New Forest Dog Boarding shall not be liable to the Client, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract for:
    a.    loss of profits;
    b.    loss of sales or business;
    c.    loss of agreements or contracts;
    d.    loss of anticipated savings;
    e.    loss of damage to goodwill; and
    f.    any indirect or consequential loss.

  • Subject to the above clause NFDB total liability to the Client, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract shall be limited to £1,000 or the total fees paid under the Contract, which ever is lower.

  •    The terms implied by sections 3 to 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the Contract. 

  •    This clause  shall survive termination of the Contract.

  •  In agreeing to the figure  above the Client agrees that he/ she is able to insure the  Client’s dog under a pet insurance policy and is likewise able to insure home and property contents under a house and contents insurance policy. The Client is advised to notify his/her insurers of the day care or boarding arrangement in order to be covered under the pertinent insurance policies. 

  •    The Client’s dog may be transported with other dogs in a NFDB vehicle. The Client agrees that NFDB cannot be held liable for death or injury to their dog in the event of a motor vehicle accident.

  • NFDB may hold in possession the keys to the Client’s home and the Client is responsible  for making arrangements with its own insurers with this regard. 

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you in the event of an emergency. However, New Forest Dog Boarding reserves the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. If your dog becomes unwell, has an accident or injures himself/herself or seems to be in any type of pain, we might need to take him/her to a veterinary surgeon and you agree to be responsible for payment of all the veterinarian fees incurred.

  • You undertake to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic which might make your dog not suitable for home boarding, including, but not limited to behavioural or health problems, anti-social behaviour including aggression, incontinence/lack of housetraining or excessive loud barking/whining. Failure on your part to disclose any matter which might render the dog unsuitable for home boarding will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of this agreement.

  • I understand that my dog will be boarded with other dogs.

  • . Boarding fees apply up until midday; if dogs are not collected by this time then full day’s day care will be charged.

  • If you decide to collect your dog early from his holiday the full amount of the stay will be charged.

  • We reserve the right to charge a holding deposit, if this deposit is not paid within 3 days the space will be offered to other clients.

  • Should any guest display aggressive or antisocial behaviour while staying here endangering the other dogs or the humans in the household we reserve the right to keep the dog in isolation for their stay here or to transfer them to a boarding kennel for which the owner will be responsible for the bill.

  • The  Client will take responsibility for any costs which may be incurred, by either veterinary or other, as a result of any damage, accident, or sickness caused to or by their dog and will pay any such costs or expenses on demand.
